The Neighborhood
Just 15 minutes from downtown Lyon, you'll have easy access to all of Lyon's activities, leisure facilities, shops, and museums, while enjoying the greenery of Saint Didier au Mont d'Or.
In the heart of the village, you can visit the pretty village, enjoy the market halls of Saint Didier, and eat some oysters with a glass of wine. With your sneakers on, you can also go running or cycling in the Monts d'Or, known for their countless forest paths and magnificent views of Lyon.
Lyon
Voted “Europe's Leading City Break Destination” at the 2016 World Travel Awards, Lyon has undergone a transformation and now offers a rich cultural scene marked by numerous festivals (Festival of Lights, Lumière Film Festival, Nuits Sonores, Biennale of Art and Dance, Quai du Polar, Woodstower, etc.).
UNESCO, which has listed 500 hectares of the city as a World Heritage Site, was not mistaken. The ochre colors of the facades of Old Lyon and Croix-Rousse, and the surprising blend of medieval Gothic and Italian Renaissance styles give it a unique charm. Between the Saône and Rhône rivers, the former capital of Gaul, silk, and printing, Lyon, a city that loves to live well, has become one of the major metropolises of France and Europe today, economically, gastronomically, and culturally, with the opening of the Musée des Confluences.
